Join MST Adventures for an Introduction to Trail Riding Basics. This is part 2 of our introductory level mountain biking series. During this class you will put the skills learned in part 1 to work while we tackle the basic obstacles and skills used while mountain biking. Topics covered will be riding over obstacles, wheelies, weight transfer, and riding in a group. Also included are bike-body separation, eye movement and steering, gearing, and riding with confidence. This class is a 4 hour class.
Required Gear: Mountain bike with flat pedals, helmet, 2 liters of water, small backpack, cycling repair kit (tubes/patches, pump, levers, multi-tool), energy snack, rain/sun protection and weather appropriate clothing.
Recommended Gear: Riding gloves, padded shorts
